Get The Motivation from a stranger

{My Thought about self-motivation #4}
Some days I wake up motivated and ready to go. And some days things feel heavy as I arise and it is hard to get going and find that inner drive.
At least in my experience.
I have found some simple and smart strategies that work for me to get back into the right groove and to get things done.
Here are some of my favorite tips and habits for doing just that.

Get the motivation from people I don’t know. Don’t limit myself to just the motivation I can get from the people closest me. There is a ton of motivating books, podcasts, blogs and success stories out there that I can tap into to up or renew my motivation. The greatest source will be the Essence Graduates and these beautiful people are amazing!
